As Rio's Riverhouse grew in popularity, we needed more room – and more rooms! In 2020 we remodeled one of the first homes built in Three Rivers. The result is the perfect base camp for guests wanting to settle in and live comfortably in our town for a few days. Explore Sequoia National Park or work at your computer in a scenic spot surrounded by nature.The leafy backyard has a picnic patio, BBQ, hummingbird feeders and seating for watching the birds in action in the tall trees that surround the house. Bring the family and make yourself at home in Birdwatch Cottage. Bonus: Cottage guests have visiting privileges, parking and a private changing room at Rio Sierra's amazing nearby river beach. The best stretch of river in Three Rivers is just a quick walk or drive (0.2 miles) from the cottage.
